PE Consulting Associates was founded by Mark Vieaux, a water & wastewater industry veteran with 23 years of professional recruiting experience. Mark became a recruiter after twelve years in the sales, marketing and applications engineering of water and wastewater treatment equipment, working with many of the same engineers he associates with today. Mark’s history as a recruiter has shown him to be a consistent “top producer,” with many recognitions and awards through the years. He has proven himself capable of working across the engineering disciplines and at all levels of experience and responsibility.

Yolanda Cookson, is our administrative manager and internet researcher. She provides great skills in a broad range of office processes, social media savviness, and good old-fashioned enthusiasm.
